The 2015 year was very busy, it was my junior year which meant I got a taste of the responsability the seniors have running the show. I helped edit the brochure beforehand, and at the show I was helping keep groups in the right order and prepaired to get on stage. The video is of my class's performance of the poplular song from the movie Mulan; I'll Make a Man Out of You. Below is a shortcut to that year's brochure which I helped edit; it contains discriptions of performers and their performances.

For our class's 2014 performance, we reinacted a Chinese skit about a nobleman who came up with an ingenious solution to weight two elephants he had been given as gifts. He had the elephants taken onto a boat and then a worker marked how far up on the boat the water came. Then the elephants were taken out of the boat and rocks; whose weights were known, were added to it untill the water once again rose to the line.
Chinese New Year
Every year since 2011, the first year I took Chinese in 8th grade, untill my senior year in 2016 the Chinese program held a spectacular Chinese New Year festival in our performing arts center. Each class did at least one act, some students did solo performances as well, and we alsways tried to invite other cultural groups in our area to join the fun and bring some of their flair to the celebration.
